Today I only did two circuits, I haven’t worked out in a while and I’m trying to ‘break in’ to begin running again. I did the first one the normal order then the second one in reverse. I’m beginning to do weighted push ups again because I think they help with the form. Today I listened to Yngwie Malmsteen I’ve had some of his music for a while but I hadn’t listened to it. It’s like neo-classical music or something, like imagine classical music but with electric guitar and distortion and really fast solos, it’s actually pretty crazy stuff I’m already hooked.

I should really work out… My husband and I used to go swimming every night, but we have not done that in months. We should even just go walk around that track….

Best way to start out is little by little. Don’t overwhelm yourself or anything, only do it for a little while whatever it is you’re doing and let it grow on you, eventually you’ll gradually increase the duration/intensity for a better workout.
