…would we still talk about using force? I just saw a very interesting video on the Digg Reel this morning in English class which I then just now looked up. I finally found it, and it really is interesting. Some of you who are too brainwashed by the propaganda that is the mainstream media might see this as too…what is the word, ‘radical’? You might be like ‘What the heck that can’t be, America, freedom blah blah blah’, well, I hate to break it to you but the U.S. is used to doing this and many other things. It is our job to keep informed. Check it out for yourself:
I will be posting documentaries soon as well as links to where you can view them yourself for free (Usually Google Video). Documentaries are a great way to become informed. They shouldn’t be the final piece of information though, that is, you shouldn’t take anything a documentary tells you as final, instead you should be motivated to investigate. You’ll learn about appearance versus reality, how America claims to be benevolent but history proves otherwise, and how easily the people are tricked into doing things. You’ll also see how corporations come into play (As they did in this situation in the above video). I hope you’ll like them.

You’ve probably heard that the White House has finally said that Waterboarding is legal [LA Times] and of the controversy that it’s caused. Well, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on “The Legal Rights of Guantanamo Detainees” this morning, Brigadier General Thomas W. Hartmann, the legal adviser at Guantanamo Bay, was asked “If Iran was waterboarding Americans, would it be legal?”. Obviously the guy refused to answer using the typical lame excuse of “I am not prepared for that question”. See for yourself:
