Here are some of the projects I’ve created, some of which I’m still working on today.
Official reCAPTCHA WordPress Plugin
This is the official WordPress Plugin for the reCAPTCHA anti-spam methods. It includes both reCAPTCHA comment spam protection as well as reCAPTCHA MailHide email spam protection. I became its developer from version 2.8 and up.
The Instagib Project
Written in C, using the Quake 3 Engine released by id per GPL. Source control using Subversion.
Screeny
First ‘complete’ application I wrote in this language. Multi-functional screen-capturing utility.
iLirix
A program that automatically fetches lyrics for each individual song on an iPod and injects them into their respective tags. For iPod 5.5G.
Bartender
This is an IRC bot that uses XML for automated response lookups and provides for documentation queries (php.net, etc.), wikipedia queries, google queries, and more. Completely coincidentally, also the name of one of the very first IRC bots created.
Number Systems: Binary and Hexadecimal
This is probably the very first article/tutorial I ever wrote.
Ubiquity Search Script
This is a ‘framework’ I guess you could say for writing Ubiquity Search Scripts. It is very easy to use and anyone can add their own sites easily.
Pastebin
This is a modified Pastebin, originally written by Paul Dixon. It has Password Protected Pastes, reCAPTCHA integration, and an archive page. It uses the FamFamFam Silk Icon Set.
TrackIt
This is a site that I wrote from scratch. It served as a way to track my fitness activity by logging work outs and automating physical reports.
Team Fortress 2: No Blood
This is an installer which installs custom blood and gib materials in Team Fortress 2 to remove blood and blood and bloody gibs.
Counter Strike Source: No Blood
This is an installer which installs custom blood and gib materials in Counter-Strike: Source to remove blood and bloody gibs.
Musicaster
A music tracking application. Tracks media players (Currently only iTunes) and POSTs results to a web application/script.
MyPod
A program that lets you take music from your iPod.
Screeny Express
A pretty useless application which simply moves screenshots from one folder to another at a set interval (For example, to move screenshots out of the usual, deep hidden screenshots folder in a game, out to a more accessible folder)
WP-Mailhide
A WordPress plugin that automatically hides emails from spammers. This is the precursor to WP-reCAPTCHA.
