Just saw a pretty cool video on TED by Jonathan Zittrain on how selfless the Internet can be. Talks about how the Internet actually relies on trust many times and selfless acts of kindness from people. It’s pretty funny sometimes. I recommend it:

Most of you know that my online alias or whatever is “Blank Denim“. The reason I like it is because of the sound. I initially only had “Blank” as my name, but I figured I’d add a last name to it, and I liked the way “Blank Denim” sounded, not that I actually like anything having to do with literal “Blank Denim”, that is if it even exists. When spideybry visited me he said it would be something like white denim from the 80s or something, I’m obviously not into that. So since I’m into the name, and because “Blank” might sound weird in the real world as well, I came up with “Blaenk Denum“. Continue reading ‘Blaenk Denum’
