This was pretty much a failed attempt at an IRC bot, that or I never really finished it. I might work on it some more later if I have the time or am really bored. It has features such as XML configuration files and automation services such as google queries, wikipedia queries, and I was working on programming language documentation queries such as !php glob, would take you to the glob documentation page on the php site.
