Alright again I forgot to post a workout log. I worked out for 40 minutes again on Monday and I remember feeling a bit nauseous but come to think of it I hadn’t eaten since breakfast I think so that probably explains it. I think I had more to write on Monday but I forgot haha. I hadn’t worked out since last Wednesday and I thought I was going to be soo exhausted but I actually fault stronger, maybe it gave my muscles more time to grow or something. Anyways, will hopefully post todays this time haha.
