I’m tired of having to go to Calorie Count just to write about how I did on my work outs, it’s redundant and pretty pointless since that’s all I go there for. I’d rather have everything about me here, haha. Don’t know if I’ll keep it this way though. Might seem kind of spammy but then again this is my site, haha. If it does become too spammy though then I’ll just stop doing it.
Used the second to last weight all of the first circuit. Then just used it for half of each consecutive circuit. Nothing special. Hope to go strong this week and not get all lazy like I did last year.
