These are some scripts I wrote when I just barely got into Fitness and Health. I wrote a site on a hidden domain here, reformation.blaenkdenum.com, but it’s now gone because I use Calorie Count instead. I warn you, it is ugly and hackish, but it worked for me. Continue Reading

Hey, yesterday I installed Vanilla Forums to this site, the same forums used at TorrentFreak and StrongLifts. These forums are popular for being lite, being easily extensible through extensions, and are unique in that they are post-oriented rather than category-oriented. In other words, in heavier forums like phpBB, you would usually see different topics and inside, different threads and stuff. Well, I don’t need that much on this site, in fact I doubt that these forums will even get much traffic, but they’re not intended to. On these forums it’s like one big category, I could create more if I needed to, though.
In these forums you’ll be able to talk about pretty much anything as long as you follow the simple rules. Here you can ask me questions, post requests for screencasts, and talk about anything related to what I’ve been talking about. If you don’t yet have an account on this main site, the blog, then you’ll have to create one by clicking here. This account should work on both the blog and the forums. If you experience any problems with this please let me know.
Update: After trying things out myself, I found that when I registered through the forums I didn’t have correct capabilities here on the blog, so I now made it so that when you try to register through the forums it redirects you to the blog register form. Once you register that way you’ll be able to access both the blog and the forum. The forum now also sports a ‘register’ link at the top right instead of just a ’sign in’ link which was misleading.
I’m not really the type of person that reviews games, I suck at it. Anyways, I just finished Portal and man it was amazing. It’s a completely new game style, I love it. There’s only 19 levels, they get longer and harder each time, and the last one is extended/long due to a plot twist. It’s really enjoyable because all levels, at least to me, were challenging but not extremely hard. Sometimes I would have to examine the area a while before I got the hang of it. It’s a game where once you overcome the puzzle you’re like ‘Wow that was sweet I never would’ve imagined that in any other game’. Continue Reading
